Job Description
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the Power Platform Engineering Team and help us take care of expanding our in-house software development capabilities.
We are using Microsoft platforms like Sharepoint (since 2010), Power Platform (since 2019) for a while. A lot of corporate applications were created to automate and manage multiple different business needs. We believe these products and platforms enable us to create corporate tools at a very fast pace and ease of use.
We are creating a new internal Power Platform Engineering Team and looking for experienced people to lead us from technical perspective. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Providing technical leadership and expertise in implementing corporate solutions for Ignitis group companies;
- Contributing to build solid corporate products and related information systems integrations. Ensuring the Team creates Power Platform solutions that are easy to maintain, scale and develop further, refactor;
- Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies (new features, capabilities, tools and so on);
- Working closely with team members designing and implementing product roadmap;
- Helping colleagues grow – perform code-review, challenge with respect and grow together. We expect you to be a good team player and friendly to work with;
- Solving an incident and introducing relevant tools for fluent operations;
- We are applying the Agile software engineering practices and expect you will significantly contribute to improving our way of working from a technical leadership perspective.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform especially Power Apps and related integrations;
- Ability to work with Product Owner and break down business requirements into work items understanding the scope, complexity, performance, security and other aspects of Power Platform solutions development;
- We work with Microsoft Power Platform, C# .NET for integrations, Javascript for enhanced UI experience. We expect you will be able to use this stack and even extend the list further;
- We practice DevOps tools and automations using GitLab, JIRA, Confluence. We expect you will be able to use them and even extend the list further;
- Database knowledge, SQL skills for manipulating data, creating, altering tables;
- Basic testing skills.
