About the Role
We are seeking a technically strong Business Intelligence Analyst to own data workflows, reporting infrastructure, and analytical insights for internal product, operations, and commercial teams. This high-impact role combines technical execution with strategic partnership to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Python; build reusable analytical workflows to reduce engineering dependency.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and govern dashboards and reporting assets using Power BI and Excel.
- Model Evaluation: Interpret predictive model outputs and performance metrics, translating technical concepts into clear business language.
- Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, drivers, and anomalies; quantify financial and operational impact.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with internal teams to translate business questions into technical analyses; present findings to leadership with clarity.
- Innovation: Integrate LLM tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) into analytics workflows to accelerate insight generation.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Expert in SQL and Python for data analysis and workflow automation
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling) and Excel
- Proven ability to evaluate model performance and quantify business impact
- Strong communicator with experience presenting to stakeholders and leadership
- Self-sufficient, able to manage multiple priorities independently
