Overview
We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our data and analytics team. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful visual insights that drive strategic decision-making across the business. You will be responsible for building interactive dashboards and reports, crafting advanced DAX calculations, and designing clean data models — working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver analytics solutions that are both accurate and intuitive.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Modeling & Transformation: Create efficient data models, establish relationships, and use Power Query to clean and transform data.
- Report & Dashboard Development: Design and deploy interactive, user-friendly reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop.
- DAX Scripting: Write advanced DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) queries and calculations to calculate metrics and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: 7+ Yrs of proficiency in Power BI Desktop/Service, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into visual stories.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Power BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and understand business needs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
