Job Summary

As a Senior Engineer Developer you will drive key projects and turn user needs into successful development and production developments. You will analyze requirements, propose solutions, conduct engineering analyses, manage development activities, and transition systems to full operation. Your technical, business, and people skills are key to keeping these technical projects up and running in a dynamic work environment.

Essential Functions

• Develop and execute business needs according to systems development methodologies (SDLC, Agile, PMI)

• Identify problems and risk mitigation, and coordinate/manage the resolution process.

• Carry out efficient and exhaustive reviews in the control stages of the projects/programs.

• Define architecture and assign requirements.

Required Experience

• 3 years of experience.

• Knowledge in the acquiring market, software TPV development.

• Demonstrated success developing systems that meet business needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent industry experience.

• Programming JAVA.

• Programming c, C# or C++.

• Networks and protocols (synchronous and asynchronous).

• Programming IOS or android.

• Banking background desirable.

• English medium.

Organizational Relationships 

• Ensure that all the deliverables meet the different project plans to support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
