About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- End-to-End Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of cross-border logistics sales projects across South Korea, covering opportunity registration, project initiation and follow-up, tender/bid support, contract signing, service delivery monitoring, and payment collection through to closure.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage regional sales pipeline data, regularly prepare project progress reports, identify high-risk opportunities and projects, and drive corrective actions to ensure timely progress.
- Key Project Management: Lead and follow up on critical country-level revenue growth, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement initiatives, including major customer tenders, loss-making business improvement, and other strategic projects, taking ownership of project outcomes.
- Contract & Service Delivery Management: Coordinate with Legal on contract review and establish contract execution tracking mechanisms. Monitor SLA performance and manage contract changes and related issues throughout the service delivery process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with pre-sales solution, operations, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure information alignment, resource availability, and timely resolution of project issues.
- Payment Collection Management: Follow up on the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including customer invoicing, reconciliation, payment collection, and final settlement. Work closely with Finance to monitor outstanding receivables and achieve collection targets.
- Knowledge Management: Capture project experience and best practices, and build and maintain a regional project management knowledge base and case library.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 5–8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of experience in project management, sales management, supply chain solutions, or customer relationship management within the cross-border logistics or supply chain industry.
- Experience working locally in South Korea, or experience managing relationships with customers in these markets.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end project management lifecycle, with hands-on experience using CRM systems and project management tools.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business risks and translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong results orientation, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to drive initiatives and achieve business outcomes.
프로젝트 전 과정 관리: 한국 내 크로스보더 물류 영업 프로젝트의 전 과정을 관리합니다. 영업 기회 등록, 프로젝트 착수 및 진행 관리, 입찰 지원, 계약 체결, 서비스 이행 모니터링, 대금 회수 및 프로젝트 종료까지 전체 프로세스를 체계적으로 관리합니다.
Pipeline 관리: 지역 영업 Pipeline 데이터를 관리하고 정기적으로 프로젝트 진행 현황을 리포팅합니다. 고위험 기회 및 프로젝트를 식별하고 적시에 개선 조치를 추진하여 프로젝트의 원활한 진행을 지원합니다.
핵심 프로젝트 관리: 국가 단위의 매출 증대, 비용 절감 및 운영 효율화와 관련된 핵심 프로젝트를 리드하고 관리합니다. 주요 고객 입찰, 적자 사업 개선 및 기타 전략적 프로젝트를 추진하며 프로젝트 결과에 대한 책임을 갖습니다.
계약 및 서비스 이행 관리: 법무팀과 협업하여 계약 조건을 검토하고 계약 이행 현황을 체계적으로 관리합니다. SLA 달성 여부를 모니터링하고, 서비스 이행 과정에서 발생하는 계약 변경 및 관련 이슈를 관리합니다.
부서 간 협업: Pre-sales Solution, Operations, Finance 등 유관 부서와 긴밀하게 협업하여 프로젝트 관련 정보의 정합성을 확보하고 필요한 리소스를 조율하며 주요 이슈가 적시에 해결될 수 있도록 추진합니다.
대금 회수 관리: 고객 청구, 대금 정산, 입금 및 최종 마감에 이르는 매출채권(Accounts Receivable) 관리 전 과정을 Follow-up합니다. Finance팀과 협업하여 미수금 현황을 관리하고 목표 회수율 달성을 추진합니다.
프로젝트 지식 및 사례 관리: 프로젝트 수행 경험과 Best Practice를 체계적으로 정리하고, 지역 프로젝트 관리 지식 및 우수 사례를 축적·관리합니다.
학사 이상 학위 소지자로, 총 5~8년의 경력 중 최소 3년 이상 크로스보더 물류 또는 공급망 산업에서 프로젝트 관리, 영업 관리, 공급망 솔루션 또는 고객관계관리(CRM) 관련 경험을 보유하신 분.
한국 현지 근무 경험 또는 한국 고객과의 직접적인 커뮤니케이션 및 프로젝트 수행 경험을 보유하신 분.
프로젝트의 기획부터 실행 및 종료까지 End-to-End 프로젝트 관리 프로세스에 대한 높은 이해도를 보유하고 있으며, CRM 시스템 및 프로젝트 관리 도구를 활용한 실무 경험이 있으신 분.
우수한 데이터 분석 및 문제 해결 능력을 바탕으로 비즈니스 리스크를 파악하고 데이터 기반의 실행 가능한 개선안을 도출할 수 있으신 분.
강한 목표 및 성과 지향성을 보유하고 있으며, 다양한 이해관계자 및 유관 부서와 효과적으로 협업하고 프로젝트를 주도하여 실질적인 비즈니스 성과를 만들어낼 수 있으신 분.
