The Global New Product Development PMO is looking for a Sr PMO Analyst to help strengthen how we manage, analyze, and improve the global NPD portfolio. This role will support the NPD operation by driving deeper adoption of AI capabilities, improving project data visibility, and helping manage the Continuous Improvement Program.
This role reports to the VP NPD PMO and will work globally across all Business Units.
The core purpose of the position is to help establish a more automated, reliable, and easy-to-use process and tool environment that enables efficient NPD execution, better portfolio visibility, and faster leadership decision-making.
This position is at P3 level.
What will you be doing?
The three main areas of responsibility are:
NPD Portfolio Data and Information Management
Provide portfolio management support by acquiring, analyzing, preparing, and reporting NPD project data, including scope, resources, cost/benefit, schedule, and execution performance.
Publish accurate and accessible project information that shows project status and alignment with organizational objectives.
Help NPD leaders make better, faster decisions by identifying, analyzing, and visualizing relevant portfolio and execution data.
Improve how project data and information are organized, maintained, and accessed across the NPD community.
Use AI and data management capabilities to make NPD information easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to act on.
Digital Enablement, Tools, and Automation
Support the implementation and management of project management tools, templates, processes, and applications, including Copilot, Planner, Monday.com, Jira, and Microsoft 365 apps.
Help expand practical use of AI within the NPD operating model, with a focus on improving productivity, reducing manual work, and increasing data accessibility.
Create, maintain, and improve standard templates, dashboards, reports, and learning materials for NPD stakeholders.
Maintain and improve the NPD intranet site as a one-stop shop for global NPD stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
Take ownership of the existing Continuous Improvement Program.
Facilitate Quick and Easy Kaizens and help deploy standard work across the NPD community.
Evaluate and improve NPD processes for efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending practical improvements.
Focus on process automation, standardization, and reducing waste within the NPD framework.
Support adoption and compliance with project management standards through regular reviews, stakeholder engagement, and process feedback.
What will you need to be successful?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience: At least 5 years of global experience in a multinational product development, R&D, or technology environment, with direct involvement in PMO operations, project portfolio reporting, process improvement, and data-driven decision support.
Languages: Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred: Master’s Degree or certification in Project Management, Portfolio Management, Business Analytics, Continuous Improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, or Digital Transformation is a plus.

Digital mindset: Comfortable using modern digital tools and eager to apply AI-enabled ways of working in a practical business and R&D environment.
Continuous improvement mindset: Able to challenge inefficient ways of working, simplify processes, standardize good practices, and help teams adopt better tools and routines.
NPD knowledge: Solid understanding of how New Product Development organizations operate, including project governance, portfolio visibility, project execution tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Analytical capability: Strong ability to work with data, identify patterns, prepare clear reports, and turn information into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
Tool experience: Hands-on expert-level knowledge of tools such as Copilot, Basic and Advanced Agents in Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, Excel, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence.

Skills Required
