The RoleThis is not a “status update and meeting scheduler” PM job. As a Senior Project Manager, you’re the delivery owner: you run the plan, keep work moving, escalate early, and close projects cleanly. You’ll manage scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholders across multiple workstreams — and you’ll be measured on real outcomes: predictability, customer satisfaction, and delivery discipline.
What You’ll Do- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple client projects — scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and outcomes
- Run delivery with real momentum (agile, waterfall, or hybrid) — keep work moving, remove blockers, don’t hide behind ceremonies
- Partner tightly with Sales + Delivery leadership on SOW review, contract execution, change requests, and renewals
- Keep stakeholders aligned — delivery teams and leadership across Green Irony, partners, and clients — with exec-level updates as needed
- Track delivery health (milestones, risks, financials, satisfaction) and communicate it clearly — no surprises
- Own delivery financial hygiene: clean invoicing inputs, scope control, and margin protection
- Drive client issue resolution with calm, strategic problem-solving and strong follow-through
- Build delivery muscle internally: reusable practices, templates, improved cadence, better predictability
AI isn’t optional here — it’s how we move faster without sacrificing quality.
- Use AI daily to run tighter delivery: draft/refresh project plans, synthesize meeting notes, surface risks early, automate follow-ups, and keep status crisp
- Apply AI inside the engagement where it helps (documentation, test planning, QA support, requirements clarity, release comms) — while protecting client data and quality
You’re the kind of PM who:
- Has shipped complex software / integration programs and knows how to keep teams accountable
- Can run tough conversations: scope tradeoffs, timeline reality, and stakeholder misalignment
- Communicates clearly and early — especially when things are messy
- Can influence without authority and keep cross-functional teams aligned
- Operates with urgency and structure — you always know what’s next
- Low ego, high ownership — you do what it takes and you don’t need babysitting
- 5+ years managing large, complex enterprise projects (delivery ownership, not coordination)
- Experience delivering client-facing services projects (professional services / consulting), with ownership of scope, timeline, and financials
- Proven ability to engage with C-level / exec stakeholders and deliver concise, useful reporting
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple stakeholders and timelines
- Comfortable supporting pre-sales delivery needs (SOW inputs, delivery approach, risk flags)
- Willingness to travel up to ~25% as needed
Nice-to-haves / Bonuses
- PMP and/or CSM
- Experience delivering enterprise services in a CRM, integration, or cloud/data environment
- Familiarity with common delivery tooling (Jira/Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Exposure to Salesforce and/or MuleSoft is a plus
- You’ll run delivery alongside a high-performing team that values speed and outcomes
- Real ownership: you’ll shape delivery systems, not just “manage tasks”
- The bar is high, and the work is high-impact — you’ll grow fast as the company scales
- You protect scope and manage change like it matters (because it does)

- You use AI daily to run tighter delivery — planning, reporting, follow-ups, and risk visibility
- You apply AI responsibly: protect client data and never trade quality for speed
