As a Senior Product Manager specializing in Accessibility and Compliance, you will drive the development and implementation of strategies to enhance the accessibility and compliance of our product suite. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address accessibility barriers, ensuring our software meets the needs of all users and complies with relevant regularity and legal requirements.

About The Role:

  • Develop and drive a comprehensive accessibility and compliance roadmap for our product portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments with external vendors to evaluate the accessibility of our products, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to address them.
  • Partner with design and engineering teams across the organization to integrate accessibility best practices into the product development processes, ensuring new features and updates meet the highest standards of inclusivity.
  • Stay informed about changes to accessibility standards and regulatory requirements in the various geographies we operate in, and ensure our products remain up-to-date and compliant.
  • Collaborate with customer success and support teams to gather feedback from users with disabilities, incorporating their input into product enhancements and improvements.
  • Serve as an advocate for accessibility and compliance initiatives both internally and externally, promoting awareness and driving positive change.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on accessibility, compliance, or related areas.
  • Experience in implementing accessibility for a SaaS company with proven track record of working with large enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ADA).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams to prioritize accessibility and compliance.
  • You possess natural ownership abilities and entrepreneurial qualities - you’re self-driven and you feel comfortable motivating, leading, and making decisions without consensus.
  • Passion for leveraging technology to create positive social impact and improve the lives of all users.
  • You are analytical and experienced in working both with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions. You know your way around analytics tools, user interviews, surveys, and usability tests
  • Strong understanding of data security standards and frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) - Advantage
