Core Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between the product teams and business stakeholders, translating business requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
- Ensure line of sight between business and product team about key objectives.
- Manage and prioritize backlog for the product team.
- Implement features together with the product team.
- Provide support of end-users if some systems fail.
- Support the LEGO Group to store and handle product life cycle management of all CAD models related to the production of LEGO® bricks.
- Provide an excellent end user experience to support the organization to achieve the fastest time to market possible.

The Platform Technology department provides solutions and technology for the engineering areas of the LEGO Group. In this position, you will be part of a product team where you will build and maintain a platform that supports the LEGO Group to store and handle product lifecycle management of all CAD models related to the production of LEGO® bricks. You will be a part of a team – currently with 6 Software Engineers - that will be growing since we will be supporting migration to cloud and implement more advanced ways of handling product lifecycle management in the LEGO Group.
Do you have what it takes?
- Exceptional Communication: Able to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences, ensuring mutual understanding and collaboration.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: Dedicated to understanding the end-user perspective and prioritizing features that deliver tangible impact.
- PLM/PDM Expertise: Strong knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter or similar PLM/PDM enterprise software systems.
- Enterprise Programming Experience: Proven ability to handle enterprise applications through hands-on programming experience and implementation skills.
- Agile Enthusiast: Brings energy and focus to Agile ceremonies, to drive continuous improvement and keep the team aligned and motivated.
- Adaptability & Inclusivity: You’re comfortable with change and thrive in a flexible, diverse environment that values collaboration and innovation.
As a bonus it would be great if you also have:
- R&D or Engineering Background: Experience in an R&D or engineering environment, with foundational knowledge of concepts like 3D modeling and bill of materials.
- Cloud Solution Expertise: Demonstrable experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
