We are looking for a Senior PPO to lead the development, implementation, and execution of digital marketing platforms to drive awareness of Maersk’s products and solutions across all service models globally, create growth of new digital customer traffic, improve customer engagement and reduce churn.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the product roadmap and strategy to achieve stable, multi-fold growth in digital customer acquisition and improve digital customer satisfaction (NPS)

  • Partner with business and engineering teams to define platform roadmaps and document requirements in key artefacts including PRFAQs, Early FAQs and BRDs

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across platforms, technology, process and design functions to drive alignment on the product roadmap/strategy, business plans, go-to-market plans and prioritization of features.

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing platforms to drive adoption and usage of multiple channels including web, app, email, push notifications etc.

  • Define key KPIs and success metrics and set in place robust mechanisms to measure, report and assess performance of all digital marketing campaigns

  • Create content strategy across the marketing and sales funnel in alignment with product positioning, messaging by implementing A/B testing

  • Manage the execution of initiatives from idea through launch, while setting the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies and provide thought leadership to the organization on how to incorporate them into Maersk’s marketing strategies

What you bring:

The successful candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, and demand generation, and will be responsible for creating and executing a global digital marketing plan that addresses the needs of individual regions and business.

This role is truly cross-functional and requires the candidate to be adept in managing stakeholders across functions including marketing & commercial teams, technology teams and key business platform teams with dependencies.

  • Substantial experience in digital marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, and demand generation. Experience in a highly visible leadership role is preferred.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product developments and features that improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth in a global or multi-region environment

  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, paid advertising, PPC, and ABM campaigns

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders

  • Ability to operate at multiple levels keeping context of stakeholders and their ask in mind

  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks

  • Sound business & strategy judgment and proven ability to influence stakeholder teams in a complex cross-functional setup

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities

  • Prior experience of digital marketing roles in logistics, supply chain or B2B organizations is preferred.
