Our Global Platform Configuration Team is multicultural and currently based in Copenhagen & Singapore. The team’s main objective is the successful onboarding of our new Institutional clients with the focus on delivering a customized trading platform, content and IT integration touchpoints. We actively configure the trading platform, including feature deployment & branding elements. We lead and configure technical integration efforts (APIs & FTP connections) which will be the focus for the this position We work closely with Partners to define content offerings and supervise the delivery via our content management solution.

We will also extend the project into a hyper care period ensuring the new partners needs are met during this challenging phase and where appropriate transition to become the service delivery manager for the client, continuing to answer general queries regarding aspects of the engagement controlled by this team.

Our open position will specialize on the technical integration aspects of the partner engagement, ensuring the needs of the partner are clearly understood, gap analysis if needed and proposing the  best possible solution to meet their needs. In addition we will be upgrading our API solutions later this year / early next year when there will be an opportunity to be heavily involved in working with partners on the implementation of the new services.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle technical/configuration queries from our clients and colleagues.
  • Investigation work using querying, reading, analyzing logs and troubleshooting.
  • Facilitate the transition of the client from pre-sales to onboarding.
  • Build customized trading platform, liaising with the client to interpret requirements, offer potential solutions and reach agreed design
  • Assist new client’s transition from onboarding to hyper care, including training the clients to use our tools.
  • Participate in tasks that would be of benefit to our Institutional clients or local Saxo Group subsidiaries. This can include document writing, attending client meetings, delivering client training.
    YOUR PROFILE
  • Enthusiastic and driven individual who can demonstrate ownership and understand service culture for both internal and external clients.
  • Degree in IT or Business management would be desirable. This role is suited to new graduates  welcome to apply
  • Project management experience perhaps in the FinTech world.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of API (SOAP, REST) technologies including analyzing and understanding server logs would be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoys interacting with people
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).  Other European languages will be an advantage.
  • Acumen for analytical ability and reasoning skill.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow clear guidelines and multi‐task.
  • Able to prioritize the workload to fit the business objectives.
  • Is a team player who can work independently and act when required
