About this role:
The Senior Platform Implementer is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a relationship-focused Client Services team. In this role, daily activities include client meetings, data imports, project plan reviews and coordination with Specialists and the rest of the Implementation team. While completing projects with quality and efficiency, you would be looking for opportunities to improve existing processes and uncovering new strategies to help give our new clients the best experience possible.

You will be part of our Client Success team, reporting to the Director of Client Success, and you will have tremendous opportunities to grow and develop in this role.
What will I be doing?
- Collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Developing a comprehensive project plan outlining timelines and resources required for successful implementation.
- Create communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct training sessions to empower clients to effectively use their new HR systems.
- Analyze current HR processes and identify areas for streamlining and optimization.
- Track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and take corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.
- Build relationships and create raving fans of our platform.
Necessary Skills
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as an HR Project Manager or in a similar HR implementation role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in using project management tools and HR software applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
