What You'll Be Doing:
- Apply AI technologies to design and build products tailored for enterprise environments.
- Work on a high-performing agile team that embraces lean principles
- Coordinate with product managers and designers to execute on our company values and product principles
- Regular and consistent communication of progress on projects and tasks
- Architect and oversee larger software development projects for the team
- Mentor other developers on the team
- Embed automated unit, integration, and additional testing seamlessly into your development process.
- Provide concise documentation to explain product functionality and improve technical communication between stakeholders.
- Ensures the team is following JobNimbus and general industry standards
- Effectively collaborates across teams and contributes to the discipline as a whole
What Makes You the Hero for This Job:
- 5-8 years of professional software engineering experience
- Extensive experience in C#
- Proficiency in Node.js for developing server-side applications
- EF Core
- Microservice architectures
- Event Driven Architectures
- Stream Processing
- Database Management & Design (SQL, NoSQL). Knowledge of Couchbase a plus
- Containerization and orchestration
- Deploying scalable, highly available, distributed systems
- AWS Services (ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, OpenSearch, CloudFront, S3)
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design, development, and consumption including the OpenAPI specification
- Familiarity with Devops patterns & CI/CD pipelines
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Observability (Monitoring, Logging, and Alerting)
- Testing (Unit, Integration, and E2E tests)
- API and general Security Principles for encryption, input validation, rate limiting
- Exposure to Domain Driven Design (DDD)
- Experience migrating from monolithic to micro frontend architectures
- Background in platform engineering or building internal tools/services used across multiple product teams
