Responsibilities:

  • Perform SAP SuccessFactors configuration tasks to support Takeda business
  • Work with business to collect and understand their LMS requirements
  • Evaluate requirements against SuccessFactors to provide viable options to meet business needs.
  • Lead the evaluation of SAP SuccessFactors release documentation to understand impact to Takeda and business.
  • Test SuccessFactors config changes, integration changes, release changes, etc.
  • Supporting and understanding integrations to/from SuccessFactors LMS (i.e. Workday, EDB, Edcast LXP)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues related to LMS platform not in scope of UAMS team.
  • Lead and actively participate in projects and initiatives aimed at developing the Takeda LMS platforms.


Skills/Experience

  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience working with LMS technology and related technologies such as HRIS, reporting and analytics tools
  • SAP SuccessFactors LMS Experience
  • 5-10 years Pharmaceutical experience and familiarity with GxP quality regulations and guidelines.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations with Workday
  • Proficient in using ITSM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work and collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and cooperate with business stakeholders.
