Domain Operations Lead – Enterprise Marketplace

The Domain Operations Lead will play a critical role in enabling the Enterprise Marketplace domain to operate effectively, efficiently, and with strong execution discipline.

Partnering closely with the Enterprise Marketplace Domain Lead and the domain leadership team, this role will drive strategic and operational priorities, establish effective operating rhythms, improve cross-functional coordination, and ensure strong governance and follow-through across key initiatives.

This is a highly collaborative role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, connecting the dots across multiple teams, and ensuring that strategic priorities translate into clear actions and outcomes.

What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On
  • Partner closely with theEnterprise Marketplace Domain Lead to drive the domain's strategic, operational, and execution priorities.
  • Establish and manage effectiveoperating rhythms across the domain, including leadership meetings, business reviews, planning cycles, and other governance forums.
  • Drive coordination and execution of key domain initiatives, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Supportstrategic planning, quarterly and annual planning, OKR tracking, and business reviews, helping translate priorities into actionable plans.
  • Drive governance and follow-through on key leadership decisions, action items, dependencies, risks, and strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain visibility into key domain priorities, milestones, operational metrics, and delivery progress, highlighting risks and opportunities for leadership attention.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen execution across the Enterprise Marketplace domain.
  • Lead and coordinate domain-wide programs, leadership forums, offsites, town halls, and communication initiatives as required.
  • Partner with key functions includingHR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Global Operations, and other Platform teams to support the operational needs of the domain.
  • Support resource and capacity planning, organizational planning, and other domain-level operational requirements.
  • Help manage and track thedomain budget and operational spend, including planning, governance, reporting, and coordination with Finance and relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop scalable mechanisms, dashboards, trackers, and workflows that improve transparency, accountability, and decision-making.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to leverageautomation, AI, and workflow optimization to reduce manual effort and improve the way the domain operates.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for key cross-functional dependencies, helping unblock teams and ensuring timely escalation where required.

  • Experience with business planning, operating rhythms, governance, OKRs, metrics, or business reviews.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear updates and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without losing sight of strategic objectives.
