We are seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to join our Project Services team, playing a key role in the planning, scheduling, and progress management of complex projects across local and international portfolios.
This role is suited to a professional who has chosen planning and scheduling as their long‑term career discipline, and who brings a strong understanding of project controls within large, multidisciplinary environments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules across design and construction phases
- Provide schedule analysis, progress reporting, and critical path insights to project and leadership teams
- Support risk identification, mitigation planning, and scenario analysis
- Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commercial teams to align delivery outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of planning standards, tools, and reporting frameworks
- Engage with stakeholders across regions, supporting projects with international interfaces
What you will bring
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience as a Planning / Scheduling Engineer on infrastructure, energy, or major projects
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or similar planning tools
- International project experience (e.g. global clients, offshore delivery, or multi‑country project teams) is highly regarded
- A clear and genuine commitment to planning and scheduling as a long‑term career path
- Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills
This role may be based in Makati, Quezon City, or our Cebu office, depending on your home location.
