Job Description
- Planner in SMT line scheduling by customers and products assign from time to time.
- Backup planner for PIVI and K1 or other models that assign from time to time.
- Monthly SMT Capacity Planning and execution.
- Monthly discussion with LOG and MOE5&MOE2 for Capacity discussion and loading.
- Leads SMT Planning and Scheduling group.
- Main driver for SMT leveling projects.
- Follow up on the daily SMT production output.
- Track stock level of inventory/ semi completed/ holding in WIP/ staging area.
- Prepare daily report required from time to time. (e.g: production tracking report).
- Coordination to solve problems that related to SMT planning.
- Take lead and initiate for process improvement.
- Lead in MOE1 projects improvement and system CIP e.g pull system and system planning.
- Any other task as assign by superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Manufacturing / Accounting.
- 3-5 years of experience in SMT planning.
- Good knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint, Words, Outlook and SAP.
- Good analytical skills and SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Teamwork, motivate and enhance team spirit.
- Able to solve planning related issue.
- Lead & contribute in improvement projects.
- Good in English and Malay writing and oral communication skills.
