Job Summary:
Personal Financial Consultant provides tailored financial advice to retail customer, helping them manage investments, financial plan, and achieve financial goals through budgeting, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
What you will be doing:
Provide high quality one-stop retail banking services to retail banking customers
Promote a wide range of retail products, including but not limited to investment and insurance, to customers to explore new business opportunities
Solicit potential business opportunities and make referrals to related segments
Ensure all the activities are complied with regulatory requirements and bank policies
Perform other related duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
Holder of bachelor’s degree in any disciplines is preferred; or 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in HKCEE/HKDSE including Chin/Eng and Maths, or equivalent
Qualifications of HKSI & IIQE are required; Candidates who possess either the HKSI or IIQE qualification are also welcome but obtaining HKSI and IIQE qualifications within the probation period is required. (e.g. CPA, HKSI, IIQE, etc.)
At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferred in Banking & FI background
Good command of MS Office and computer skills
Sales-driven, result-oriented and be able to work under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Qualification of ECF (Retail Wealth Management) is preferred
More experience will be considered as Senior Personal Financial Consultant
