We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns that drive qualified leads, pipeline growth, and revenue. The role requires strong expertise in PPC advertising, funnel optimization, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
The below are the roles and responsibilities;
- Plan, execute, and optimize B2B paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
- Develop lead generation strategies to drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and pipeline growth.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage and optimize campaign performance based on KPIs such as CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, Lead Quality, and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with target buyer personas and business objectives.
- Build, manage, and optimize landing pages, lead funnels, and conversion paths to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
- Monitor advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective lead acquisition.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Support B2C lead generation campaigns when required and contribute to customer acquisition initiatives across multiple markets.
Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience managing B2B PPC and Performance Marketing campaigns.
- Proven success in B2B Lead Generation, Demand Generation, and Pipeline Growth campaigns.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, funnel optimization, and lead nurturing.
- Experience using AI tools and automation platforms for campaign management and optimization.
- Ability to analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or relevant digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
