Join our Growth Product team where you’ll build the paid channel strategy and drive CRO at Flodesk. As a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager, you'll report to the Growth Product Lead, and collaborate with our Product and Marketing teams.
What you’ll do:
- Own operations and execution across all programmatic paid ad channels to deliver against growth and ROI goals
- Build the paid channel strategy, forecast and budget for our business in collaboration with growth, marketing and finance teams
- Drive CRO initiatives through ads, landing pages and website experiences
- Test and scale new programmatic paid ad channels
- Analyze and present paid media investments efficiency to executive team and cross-functional stakeholders
- Partner with external agencies and internal teams to execute paid media plans
- Launch, scale, and optimize best-in-class paid media campaigns
- Build, prioritize and maintain a backlog of experiments
- Document and share experiment results and learnings with the broader team on a regular basis
- Be prepared to take on other duties or ad-hoc assignments related to growth marketing
What you bring:
- 5+ years of direct experience in performance marketing
- Hands-on experience managing budgets for paid media programs, including Google Ads, Performance Max, Meta Ads, ideally with a focus on B2B SaaS
- Able to execute independently on end-to-end plans
- Fluency with digital ad channel data, metrics, measurement, and analytics
- Solid understanding of experimentation and A/B testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present to leadership

- $130,000 - $155,000 base salary
