Own Flodesk’s AI product behavior and quality systems across prompt creation, agentic editing, and future marketing workflows. Develop and version prompts, define context and acceptance criteria, build evaluation datasets and rubrics, monitor quality, review traces, diagnose failures, and establish release gates. Translate research, analytics, support feedback, and production issues into priorities and experiments while partnering with engineering, design, marketing, copy, and product teams.

Design and scale Flodesk’s product blocks, web components, templates, and brand toolkits. The role combines web design craft with design-system architecture, including responsive layouts, component patterns, tokens, documentation, and Figma library ownership. Collaborate closely with product and engineering from definition through QA, create AI-legible schemas and constraints, use Claude in daily workflows, and maintain brand consistency across reusable systems and templates.
