What You’ll Do:
- KPI & Channel Ownership: Take full responsibility for key KPIs (e.g., CAC, CPL, FTU) across all segments, managing end-to-end channel strategy for platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Programmatic.
- Optimization & Reporting: Use advanced analytics and ad-tech expertise to analyze underperforming campaigns, implement corrective actions, and optimize the full conversion funnel for improved CVR and driver onboarding efficiency.
- Budget & Forecasting: Lead budget planning, pacing, and scenario modeling to ensure optimal spend and ROAS while driving profitable growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Product, Driver Ops, and Sales to align on strategic projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment on KPIs.
- Content & Market Intelligence: Lead content creation for campaigns, using deep insights into user/driver psychology and market trends to develop high-converting digital strategies.

What You’ll Need:
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of progressive experience with proven track record in performance marketing, preferably from a high-growth tech company or leading advertising agency.
- Bilingual Communication & Alignment: Must possess strong, structured written and verbal proficiency in both English and Bangla to ensure seamless, professional, and efficient communication alignment with the global Functional Department (FD) in Hong Kong (attending weekly meetings, presenting reports, and managing complex queries).
- Technical Mastery: Proven hands-on expertise in the execution, optimization, and reporting of performance campaigns across:
- Google Ecosystem (Required): Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Video, UAC), and a strong understanding of GA4 and Google Search Console (GSC).
- Programmatic & Ad-Tech: Proven experience or deep knowledge of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) such as DV360, Eskimi, or similar platforms.
- Data & Analytics: Advanced ability to analyze data, generate concise observations, and forecast budget requirements using tools like MS Excel (pivot tables/VLOOKUP/IMPORTRANGE etc ), Google Sheet, Looker Studio, Power BI etc.
- Tracking Proficiency (Crucial): Expert knowledge in updated setting up, troubleshooting, and verifying conversion tracking, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and mobile measurement partners (MMPs).
- Mindset: Possessing a strong sense of structured prioritization, ownership, understanding, adaptability and hunger to learn to drive strategic results and mentor junior team members.
