About the Role
The Senior Performance Creative Strategist is a cross-functional role responsible for developing compelling content and turning it into high-performing paid social advertising. Combining creative storytelling, consumer insights, and performance learnings, you’ll own the creative roadmap and develop hooks, scripts, messaging, concepts, and production-ready briefs. You’ll work closely with marketing, creative, and leadership teams—and partner with designers, editors, creators, and media buyers—to bring ideas to life, strengthen the brand’s voice, and drive measurable business results.
Beyond creative development, you’ll build and improve the systems, workflows, and operating cadence that support creative production and testing at scale. Working with media buyers, you’ll use campaign results to understand why individual creatives succeed or fall short and translate those insights into new concepts and testing strategies. Success requires strong creative judgment, a passion for experimentation, and the organizational skills to maintain a consistent pipeline of quality creative.
Your background may be in performance creative strategy, content creation, social media, or creative production. Experience with media buying and Meta advertising is highly valued, but we’ll also consider exceptional content creators who demonstrate strong audience understanding, compelling storytelling, and the ability to learn from feedback and results while building their performance-marketing knowledge.
