The Senior Performance Creative Strategist is a key, cross-functional role responsible for ideating, executing, and optimizing data-driven creative campaigns across paid social channels. Working closely with marketing, creative, and leadership teams, the strategist will own a creative roadmap while ensuring every campaign strengthens the brand's voice in a competitive market.

Beyond developing high-performing creative, this role is responsible for building and managing the systems, workflows, and operating cadence that enable creative production and testing at scale. The ideal candidate is equally creative and data-driven, with the ability to evaluate ad account performance, identify why individual creatives succeed or fail, and translate those insights into compelling hooks, production-ready briefs, and new testing strategies. Success in this role requires a passion for experimentation, a systems-oriented mindset, and the ability to continuously improve both creative performance and the systems that power high-volume ad production.

  • Develop compelling, scroll-stopping, production-ready creative briefs, hooks, messaging, scripts, concepts, and creative direction for UGC creators, designers, editors, and video/static advertising, ensuring a consistent pipeline of new assets.

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative research, ideation, briefing, variation development, and production workflows while maintaining creative quality and brand standards.

  • Collaborate with designers, editors, media buyers, UGC creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure creative excellence, brand consistency, and successful campaign execution.
