We are currently seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst (Workday) to join our People Systems & Analytics team in Vancouver or Calgary.

The People Systems & Analytics (PSA) team focuses on supporting the organization from a technology perspective by optimizing our people processes, enabling access to information and helping scale the organization using tools in our People Tech Stack. What you'll work on:
  • Leading the configuration & day-to-day support for the HRIS, change management and employee education as well as new HRIS module implementation

  • Managing the testing across various Workday modules and providing guidance and expertise to our People, IT, Finance and broader business teams

  • Developing the tools to ensure our systems and processes are documented through regular updates and audits, throughout the lifecycle of the system;

  • Oversees and maintains data integrity and information security of our HRIS and People Systems

  • Creating and iterating on documentation for future-state People processes, identifying areas of improvement to streamline processes and present possible solutions;

  • Leading the biannual system upgrades, testing and identifying downstream impacts to the business;

  • Partnering with cross functional teams and partners to develop solutions stemming from or impacting People related data;

  • Building, maintaining, and optimizing reporting practices and dashboards to support our evolving People, Systems and Analytics strategy

  • Leading for People Data utilization to deliver clear & insightful reporting in partnership with our People and Finance teams

  • Providing solution options to systems problems for leadership decision making, identifying risks and outlining preferred solutions

  • Troubleshooting day to day user issues and take corrective action based on intended outcomes

  • Partnering with stakeholders for needs assessments and developing project plans

  • Developing test scripts and executing to ensure system readiness

  • Providing input and executing against the People Systems & Analytics roadmap

  • Evaluating system readiness for process adjustments, and recommending and making required changes based on stakeholder input.

What you may bring:
  • Prior experience configuring Workday HCM Business Processes and Security Roles required

  • Design and Deploy dashboards based on stakeholder feedback

  • Prior experience with configurations in two or more of: Talent Optimization, Recruitment, Payroll, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Absence Management and Time Tracking

  • Strong writing and verbal communication

  • Strong spreadsheet skills in Excel or Google Sheets

Serious bonus points if you have:
  • Workday Certifications

  • Project Management

  • Prior experience within the People Business Partner function or Center of Excellence

  • Worked with Recognition Platforms particularly Culture Amp

  • Design, run and support relational database queries

  • Experience directly partnering with Finance and IT

  • Experience designing, deploying and maintaining integrations with Workday

The full salary range* for this role is $101,100 to $118,900 to $136,700 CAD.Please note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally, benefit offerings may differ depending on the employee's location.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
