What You'll Be Doing:
Participate in end-to-end project management for Workday configuration changes, including requirement gathering, business process (BP) design, testing (UAT/End-to-End), and deployment.
Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Responsible for logical design of people systems workflows. Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. People Services, Payroll, IT).
Work with team to triage and resolve Tier 2 HCMS issues. Proactively audit system health to ensure data integrity across the HCM platform.
Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HCMS systems, upgrades or configuration changes. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain HCMS tables, document process and results.
Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
Standardize system documentation, user guides, and training materials. Train workforce on new processes/functionality. Train new system users.
Maintain awareness of current trends in HCMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques. Continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. Participate in user group meetings/conferences
What We Are Searching For:
Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent in a related field.
5+ years global HRIS experience, or Global HR Specialist experience with a systems orientation
Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday Recruiting
Workday administration experience required, dedicated support of one or more modules preferred – HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, or Benefits
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able prioritize work to meet deadlines.
Is customer service focused in approach to work both internally and externally
Preferred location: East Coast
Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized starting base pay for this role is $83,000.00 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
