YOUR ROLE 

As the Senior People Success Partner with Evergreen Nephrology, you will play a lead role in helping build our company from the ground up. You will spend time with senior talent leaders and market and functional leaders to support business objectives from the talent lens. You will wear many hats as a part of our small early-stage department, from supporting HR operations to employee relations to onboarding and engagement. You will participate and partner with your talent peers on the creation and implementation of HR policy, org design, as well as HR regulatory needs. You will be a people operations, engagement and retention thought partner to leaders by proactively helping them manage team health, culture and achievement of objectives on behalf of people living with kidney disease.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and in conjunction with the VP of Talent Management, develop HR strategies that support the achievement of those objectives.
  2. Organizational Development: Support initiatives to foster a positive organizational culture, promote employee engagement, and drive continuous improvement.
  3. Talent Management: Oversee retention, and succession planning efforts to ensure the organization has the right people in the right roles.
  4. Performance Management: Implement performance management processes and tools to assess and enhance employee performance, productivity, and development.
  5. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to leaders and team members on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  6. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes, mergers, or restructuring.
  7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and support the development of policies and practices that mitigate legal risks.
  8. HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  9. 9. Leadership Development: Identify leadership development needs and work to cultivate leadership skills and capabilities within the organization.
  10. Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of People Success Partners, providing guidance, coaching, and support to enable their success and development.

  • Coaching and Mentoring: Ability to coach and mentor HR professionals to enable their growth and development.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving early-stage business environment.
