MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.

Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.

We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.

You will be joining a close-knit, global People Team that is passionate about high-quality employee experiences and driving a high-performance culture. Based in our Camden, UK office, you will report to the Head of People (US) while collaborating deeply with our US, UK, and South African based partners to ensure a unified global strategy. We are huge advocates for our "MOOsters" and act as a bridge between business needs and employee delight.

As a Senior People Partner, you serve as a strategic consultant to C-Suite leadership teams, providing expert guidance and high-level organizational leadership. You act as a critical advisor to 1–2 executive organizations, driving complex decision-making and organizational design. By seamlessly aligning business objectives with people-centric strategies, you ensure that our talent programs directly accelerate the achievement of departmental and company-wide goals.

The person we want: we are looking for a deeply specialized, strategic thinker who can "see around corners" to anticipate potential problems before they arise. You are a trusted advisor who nurtures talent, challenges the status quo, and fosters a culture of autonomy and high performance. You balance logic and judgment with a human-centric approach, ensuring every detail counts while never losing sight of the big picture.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership (1-2 C-Suite leaders and their organizations), providing expert guidance on complex problems and change management initiatives
  • Lead strategic initiatives related to organizational design, conducting workforce analysis to align team capabilities with functional goals
  • Collaborate with other members of the People team and leadership team to drive business growth and support EBITDA
  • Nurture internal talent and coach leaders to develop their teams
  • Drive a compelling vision during times of change, navigating complex challenges and securing buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a fair and equitable environment for all MOOsters

What’s it like to work at MOO?
MOO’s the kind of workplace where you can really be yourself. Dye your hair purple. Hit the sofa with your laptop. Whatever helps you feel comfortable and happy at work. We want to help you grow in your career and set you up for success – while also recognising the importance of a healthy work/life balance.

That’s why we offer 25 days holiday rising by one day for each year here (for 5 years), a matched pension scheme, and paid parental leave. We’ll offer you private healthcare, life insurance, a season ticket loan, and a cycle to work scheme. We also offer flexible work schedules with hybrid and remote working for certain roles as well as a Work From Anywhere program.
