You'll architect talent frameworks that identify and develop the leaders who will drive Ghana's next phase of growth. You'll use sophisticated people analytics to predict organizational needs before they emerge, ensuring we're always ahead of our scaling curve. You'll design performance systems that balance local market dynamics with group-wide excellence standards, all while navigating the rich complexity of Ghana's business environment and regulatory landscape.

You've successfully implemented people strategies across multiple countries or regions, and you appreciate the nuance required to balance global consistency with local relevance.
