About the Role
We are seeking a strategic Senior People Partner to join BWS and Endeavour Group lead the people elements of a significant national transformation. You will partner directly with BWS and Endeavour GO leaders to shape organisational design, talent strategies, and leadership capability during this large-scale change.

People Strategy & Change Impact: Lead the people-centric elements of large-scale change, translating complex organisational shifts into actionable strategies that maintain workforce engagement, manage transition impacts, and ensure leadership alignment throughout the transformation journey.
Solve Complex Workforce Challenges: Diagnose complex issues related to the transition, proactive leadership capability gaps, and team engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Employment Relations (ER), Organisational Effectiveness, and Remuneration & Reward specialists to deploy comprehensive change and communications plans.
Strategic Framework Design: Design and implement robust governance and performance frameworks, encompassing role clarity, goal alignment, and reward structures to ensure consistency across project objectives.
Now let’s talk about you
- Experience: 5+ years of strategic HR business partnering at senior leadership levels within complex operational environments.
- Transformation & Change Leadership: Proven track record in leading large-scale organisational transformations, with deep expertise in change management frameworks and strategies.
- Industrial Relations (IR) & Strategy: Deep expertise in managing complex IR matters and driving high-level labour relations strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communications: Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and manage relationships with senior executive stakeholders, coupled with experience designing and executing comprehensive communication strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in retail, drinks, or hospitality is highly desirable.
