The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior People Operations Partner (m/w/d) to join our Valencia-based team and play a key role in supporting our German entity. This role is not a standalone position — you will work closely in tandem with a colleague based in Germany, forming a strong local-remote collaboration.
This is a 12-month fixed-term role, with clear potential to transition into a permanent contract based on performance and business needs. We're seeking someone who combines deep operational expertise, data-driven decision making, and global HR experience, with the curiosity to explore how technology and AI can drive modern HR.
You’ll play a crucial role in managing and improving HR operations—leading initiatives with autonomy and a growth mindset, while also taking full ownership of administrative tasks as a key part of the role.
This role offers a hybrid work environment with three days a week in our Valencia office.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position covering parental leave. The scope of the role may evolve based on business needs, and there is potential for extension.

- Respond to employee inquiries through our internal ticketing system with care and efficiency

- Drive continuous process improvements, automation efforts, and adoption of AI tools in People Operations
- Ensure compliance with German labor and social security laws
- Collaborate on global People Operations initiatives to standardize and scale processes
- People Operations or HR Generalist experience, with significant exposure to German labor law and HR operations
- Previous work experience in Germany and in global/multinational environments
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong operational HR administration skills (payroll, contracts, documentation)
- Confidence and curiosity working with People data, analytics, and HRIS
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you don’t just deliver tasks, you improve and innovate
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with ambiguity
- Interest in and openness to technology and AI-driven HR solutions
- Be an advocate for change and support transformation projects, including the use of AI and modern tools in HR
