We are looking for a Senior People Operations Associate, based in Jakarta. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can help scale and manage our rapid growth across Indonesia. What you’ll do:
- Manage end-to-end people operations for the Indonesia market, proactively partnering with stakeholders to gather business updates, and the productivity team
- Manage and drive a full recruitment cycle for successfully recruiting high-caliber candidates; help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategy
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding process, including the administrative work
- Initiate and drive employee engagement activities (company events, town hall, employee gatherings, etc)
- Manage and monitor office management in the headquarters and the branch, actively communicate with the building management, rent related to the building services, and the workspace area
- Handling administration and data tracker for all People Operations matters
What we seek:
- Proven as a strong communicator and negotiator
- Experienced in liaising with external vendors
- Willing to do business travel if needed
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree from any major
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR and GA, preferably from a start-up company
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Courage to take initiative
- Excellent attention to detail, reliable and well-organized
- Able to prioritize, work independently, and manage time effectively
- Advanced MS Office skills and familiar with Google Workspace
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
