About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior People Experience Business Partner to join our national People & Culture team on a 12-month contract.
This role will play a key role in delivering strategic People Experience initiatives focused on enhancing the employee experience, strengthening culture and driving engagement across the employee lifecycle. With a strong focus on project delivery and continuous improvement, you will partner with stakeholders across the business to bring key initiatives to life and help shape the experience of our people at BDO.
Key responsibilities:
Manage People Experience projects in line with the People & Culture Strategy
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the people experience across the employee lifecycle through people data, employee insights and surveys
Support the implementation of new systems and processes, including playing a key role in the implementation of Peakon into Workday
Maintain and enhance BDO's employee benefits, Reward and Recognition Program, including oversight and coordination of the BDO Awards, helping to attract, retain and recognise our people
Coordinate and support cyclical people experience activities, including the Career Conversation process, talent management activities and the engagement survey
Coordinate P&C communications, writing communication plans and working with the internal communications team and P&C teams to gather and distribute communications
Proactively develop, edit and maintain BDO’s P&C intranet pages as required
Collaborate with P&C teams nationally on projects, processes and improvements that support culture, connection and a consistent employee experience across BDO
About You
Previous experience in a business partnering role within Human Resources, People & Culture, Change Management or a similar environment
Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple initiatives and deliver outcomes
Excellent written communication skills, with experience developing communications, content and communication plans
Ability to analyse data and insights to identify opportunities and inform decision making
Experience using Workday will be highly regarded, but is not essential
