ABOUT THE ROLE:
As our Senior People Analytics Partner, you’ll own the People Data and Systems ecosystem, ensuring our HR tools, processes, and insights are accurate, scalable, and connected. You’ll turn people data into clear, actionable insights that guide decisions on how we grow, engage, and support our teams.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
Our People Operations team supports a global workforce and is currently based across two locations. In this role, you’ll report to the Head of People Operations and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure our people data, systems, and processes are reliable, connected, and scalable. You’ll help the team make smarter, insight-driven decisions by strengthening the data foundation that underpins how we grow, develop, and support our people.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
- Own the company’s People Data and Systems ecosystem, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of all HR data sources (HRIS, ATS, LMS, Performance, Engagement, etc.)
- Define and drive the People Systems strategy and roadmap, selecting, implementing, and optimising technology solutions that scale with business growth
- Act as the subject matter expert for all People data and systems, managing integrations, configurations, data architecture, and reporting frameworks
- Develop and maintain a unified People data model and reporting suite as the single source of truth for workforce insights
- Establish robust data governance, privacy, and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR), ensuring secure and ethical use of People data across the organisation
- Deliver clear, actionable insights through dashboards, analytics, and data storytelling, informing decisions on workforce planning, talent management, and organisational design
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and other teams to align data structures, automate reporting, and respond efficiently to ad hoc analytics requests
- Lead or support system upgrades, integrations, and migrations to ensure scalability and continuous improvement
- Champion data literacy across the People function, training HR and business stakeholders to use dashboards and insights effectively
- Foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making, using data storytelling and collaboration to drive better people outcomes
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 5+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR, or related People Data roles, with proven ownership of data infrastructure and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to turn complex datasets into clear insights and strategic recommendations for diverse audiences
- Hands-on experience with HR technologies (e.g., HRIS) and a solid understanding of integrations, data flows, and system configuration
- Advanced spreadsheet proficiency and strong capability in using data visualisation or BI tools (e.g. Looker. Tableau, Power BI) to communicate insights effectively
- A builder’s mindset: proactive, structured, and continuously curious about improving data quality, scalability, and process efficiency
- Commitment to data integrity, privacy, and compliance, with an understanding of GDPR and best practices in governance
- Experience operating in fast-paced or scaling environments, ideally across multiple countries or regions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Management
- Working knowledge of key people domains - compensation, performance, engagement, talent and how they intersect through data and systems
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
