We are looking for a senior people data analyst to join our talented analytics team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and data visualisation to support and influence key business initiatives. Your insights will directly contribute to optimising our operations and will help guide strategic decisions across the organisation.


Your new adventure:

  • Gather and analyze data from various P&C systems and sources, including HRIS, ATS, performance management tools, employee surveys, and external benchmarks
  • Identify current industry trends and patterns within People data to provide insights into areas such as recruitment, talent management, workforce demographics, turnover rates, performance metrics, and employee engagement and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the organization’s analytical capabilities
  • Develop and maintain key People metrics and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations through clear and compelling data visualizations and presentations
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders to inform strategic decisions related to human resources and organizational development
  • Collaborate with P&C business partners and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that optimize the employee experience and drive organizational success
  • Lead or participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR analytics, such as predictive modelling, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the HR analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards when handling sensitive HR data, maintaining confidentiality and data security at all times.

Does this sound like you?

  • 4+ years of experience as an analyst with a focus on HR projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Ability to create and present data-driven stories to different stakeholders
  • Good understanding of SQL and Python is a plus
