You’ll be joining a people-focused company, and as a </span><b >Senior People & Culture Business Partner</b><span >, you will collaborate with our People & Culture team and Vendavo’s leaders to drive and deliver company-wide programs and initiatives. Responsible for guiding the leaders and employees through HR related initiatives in the areas of talent management, organizational change, engagement, performance management.</span></div><p><b>THE OPPORTUNITY </b><ul><li>Provides full cycle, strategic HR support for leaders and employees in assigned business areas. </li><li>Partners with leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals and objectives. </li><li>Champions organizational change, development, and effectiveness, including succession planning, talent development, and engagement. </li><li>Provides consultation on day-to-day employee issues and performance management guidance (i.e. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary action). </li><li>Analyzes HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, using findings to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. </li><li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of P&C Team initiatives across the organization. </li><li>Drives initiatives regarding culture, organizational change, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. </li><li>Partners with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to create an exceptional onboarding experience for new employees. This includes facilitating the planning for new employee onboarding. </li><li>Stays informed of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, proactively incorporating insights into the HR strategies and practices to maintain alignment with business goals. </li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul></p><p><b>THE SKILL SET </b><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field </li><li>8+ years of relevant HR experience, including demonstrated strategic partnership with senior levels throughout an organization. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of Human Resource principles and practices, and laws and regulations related to employment. </li><li>Ability to strategically utilize HR data and metrics to inform decision-making, measure HR effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement. </li><li>Ability to partner with leaders of large groups to help navigate the business through significant change utilizing effective project management and change management techniques and processes. </li><li>A broad technical expertise in employee relations, engagement and retention, policy interpretation and application, planning and other HR processes and programs. </li><li>Possesses excellent communication skills (written and verbal), conveying information with confidence and clarity. </li><li>Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with all levels in the business. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to be flexible and available to interact with teammates at all levels; ability to be self-directed and motivated. </li><li>Experience as HR practitioner in a multi-national organization with proven experience of working across different countries & cultures, strongly preferred. </li><li>Willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed, as the role cooperates with colleagues from different global locations. </li></ul></p><p><b>THE BENEFITS</b><ul><li>Flexibility to work from home or in the office, depending on what works best for you</li><li>Unlimited PTO for vacation, sick and mental health days–we encourage everyone to take vacation during the year to ensure dedicated time to spend with loved ones, explore, rest and recharge</li><li>4 recharge days, where the entire company goes on a brief pause in all geographies for 1 day each quarter.
