MISSION:
- Ensure the implementation and drive our processes and needs: Quarterly/Annual Reviews, Career Path, Performance Calibration, Compensation Cycle, Training, etc.
- Create a scalable and efficient People Experience across our offices, enhancing PlayPlayers' experience from onboarding to off-boarding.
- Be the HR point of contact for our managers, supporting, mentoring, and coaching them on all their HR topics.
- As a culture champion, drive and accelerate a culture of inclusion and excellence where people feel engaged, motivated, and inspired.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Solid experience as a People Partner / HRBP / People Lead (8-10 years) with an international scope
- Strong expertise in labor law and interest in US/Germany regulations
- Experience in labor relations and social dialogue management
- Skills in managerial coaching and talent management
- Good understanding of business challenges, ability to act as a business partner (facilitation, challenge, influence)
- Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with managers
- Diplomacy and ability to handle complex situations
- Analytical mindset and interest in HR KPIs
- Fluent in English
