Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
As a Senior Pension Analyst, you will provide analytical and administration support to both clients, plan members and the team. You will be responsible for a variety of pension calculations and administrative projects such as Pension Indexation, Pension Adjustments, Valuation Data Extracts and Annual Statements.
What you’ll do

Leverage our in-house industry leading proprietary administration system and pension databases to performs data reconciliations, contribution reconciliations, and benefit calculations

Provide response to routine plan enquiries and requests from clients and plan members

Support the preparation of year-end annual pension statements

Work within a collaborative team taking direction from and supporting senior team members with the goal of providing quality client-focused administrative services for our Corporate clients

Enhance your industry knowledge by attending internal training sessions

Assist with special projects and tasks, as required
You have…
-
2 or more years of pension administration, analyst, and/or implementation experience
-
College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, mathematics, or a related field

Strong analytical and mathematical skills

Solid oral and written communication skills

Proven customer service experience

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to work in a team as well as independently

Strong interest in problem solving and the acquisition of knowledge

ASA designation and/or DB pension actuarial background
