We’re looking for someone who excels at building strong, influential relationships with clients and colleagues across the Business Area, creating a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
This is a hybrid role and can be based at any of our Bristol, Birmingham, Amersham or Leeds offices.
Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiencies, and support positive change.
- Be part of a forward‑thinking, fast‑evolving team where your ideas truly influence outcomes.
- Participating in key meetings with internal and external partners to maintain strong alignment and momentum
- Showcasing excellent time‑management skills, and thriving in a fast‑paced environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Alongside driving delivery, you’ll be working as part of a team working towards project best practice, coaching and supporting business development activities.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- In-depth knowledge of both DB and DC occupational pension schemes
- Knowledge of PRINCE 2 project methodologies
- A relevant degree, QPA or progress with PMI exams
- Minimum of GCSE Grade 5 or C in Maths and English
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Office programmes, in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
