Familiarity with Pega technology and experience in government sector projects are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of requirements to propose effective solutions and best practices.
- Design and refine business processes, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Transform business requirements into technical specifications for seamless collaboration with Pega developers and other technical teams.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Support the development, testing, and deployment of IT solutions, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Provide guidance on best practices in system and portal development, with a focus on Pega technology.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Pega advancements to enhance project outcomes.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT projects, systems, and portals development.
- Proven experience in capturing, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Pega technology is essential.
- Experience with government sector projects is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of business processes and process optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in Pega or Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) are a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
