As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking a Senior P&C Operations Lead.

Summary Of Position:
The first point of contact for portuguese/spanish speaking employees, managers, and other non-employee constituents. The Senior P&C Operations Lead plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient HR processes, managing employee records, and assisting with HR initiatives and programs. The Senior P&C Operations Lead will work closely with the HR team to enhance the employee experience and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This position will be reporting to a Senior Manager located in the USA.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
60% HR Operations:

Manage the end-to-end new hire onboarding process, including setup of new employee records, assignment of onboarding tasks, and coordination of orientation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details & job information.

Analyze complex information (employee provided, system generated, etc.) to identify problems and root causes. Using system knowledge and understanding of prior case handling, effectively resolve or escalate issues. Communicate resolutions to employees.

Prioritize and respond to employee requests using case management system; assist other HR Team members with opening, recording, processing, or closing cases in the system; conduct training for HR & Managers to ensure effective use of the system across the teams.

Effectively describe, initiate, review, edit, approve and/or process Workday requests and transactions. Transactions may include new hire onboarding tasks, rehires, terminations, job changes, personal data changes, compensation changes, benefits changes, and transaction corrections. Ensure data integrity and timely processing of transactions.

Manage HR systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Train and upskill managers & employees to be proficient on use & maintenance of self-service HR systems.
40% Talent Acquisition:

Recruiting process end-to-end for positions located across LATAM at all levels. This includes interns & apprentice program.

Align candidates’ profile with the open position, support in developing of job appropriate behavioral & competency-based interview questions.

Support in the coaching of hiring managers on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.

Identify & share recruitment best practices across business units of focus.
Required Skills:

Bachelor degree complete

MBA complete would be a differential

Strong computer skills required, including word processing, database, and spreadsheet experience (i.e., MS Office).

Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters.

Workday experience preferred.

Ability to handle a high volume of work at times.

Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
