As a Senior Payroll & HR Operations Specialist, you will deliver high-quality payroll and HR services within our SAP MPS and BPO organisation. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement while supporting clients across the employee lifecycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll & HR Operations
Manage payroll processing, controls, compliance, statutory reporting, and year-end activities.
Deliver HR administration services, including:
Time Management
Benefits Administration
Pensions & Insurances
Employee Data Management
Ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies.
Process Improvement
Support payroll and HR transformation initiatives.
Implement standard processes and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with clients and country teams on compliance and process optimisation.
Support operational enhancements and manage complex payroll and HR issues.
Contribute to KPI, SLA, and service performance reporting.
Team Support
Coach and support junior team members.
Share knowledge and best practices across teams.
Experience
5+ years of Payroll and/or HR Outsourcing experience.
Strong payroll processing expertise in an outsourcing environment.
Experience supporting HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
Experience working with multinational clients.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and the local language.
