Playtech Managed Services is looking for a Payroll Expert with excellent analytical skills to join our People and Culture team. 

Your influential mission. You will...

• Process monthly payroll information to an external vendor accurately and in compliance with company policies, labor legislation, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure payroll calculations (e.g., salaries, bonuses, overtime payments, allowances, taxes, social security contributions, and other deductions) are processed correctly by the external vendor.
• Serve as the main point of contact (MPC) across the organization for all matters related to work schedules and attendance reports, including hours worked, shifts, absences, and overtime.
• Prepare monthly payroll estimates, forecasts, and related reports.
• Manage and track all types of employee leave, including annual leave, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, and other statutory absences.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date employee records and data.
• Organize payroll documentation and ensure it is maintained and archived in accordance with company procedures and legal requirements.
• Support payroll-related reporting and assist during internal and external audits.
• Compile management reports related to payroll and workforce data.
• Partner closely with People & Culture and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, benefits, taxes, and leave-related matters in a timely and professional manner.

Components for success. You...

• Bring a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Bring 3+ years of Payroll experience.
• Communicate fluently in English.
• Excel in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP).
• Have experience with local payroll software.
• Possess strong knowledge of employment, social security, and tax legislation.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, accuracy, and excellent communication skills.
• Collaborate effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
• Manage time efficiently and work proactively.
