The Role
We are looking for a Senior Payroll Consultant to join our growing team.
You will act as the key point of expertise for a diverse portfolio of clients, safeguarding accuracy, compliance, and excellence across all payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute, review, and validate payroll processes for clients across multiple industries
- Provide day-to-day advisory support on labor law, taxation, and compliance matters
- Liaise with public authorities (EFKA, AADE, SEPE)
- Monitor legislative updates and proactively inform clients of implications
- Mentor and support junior members of the payroll team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Greek labor and social security legislation
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Epsilon Net, SoftOne)
- Strong written and verbal command of English
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and client demands with professionalism
