Job Description:

The role of DGN's Core Network Products organization is to create payment products, solutions and industry standards that enable seamless and secure payment experiences to meet the evolving needs of our global partners. Within Core Network Products, the Card Products and Policies team supports this mission by developing card product policies and capabilities for Financial Institutions seeking to issue card programs on DGN's global network.
This business role supports the development and implementation of card product definitions and other network rules and compliance activities. They will leverage their understanding of the payments landscape to help identify and coordinate research activities supporting new and ongoing development of payments rules, products and solutions.
Responsible for the development and management of small and/or basic initiatives / products. Assists the team in achieving specific goals for each product, including evaluating product performance, and identifying innovations to address customer needs and improve product performance in the market. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting product management activities for one or more products. May have full product management accountability for smaller products or product enhancements. Conducts technical and market research to support product managers.
  • Identifies and resolves issues for assigned product area that may impair the team's ability to meet goals.
  • Conducts business and financial analysis, including forecasting, monitoring and reporting. Manages the ROI to ensure benefits outweigh costs to move forward into execution.
  • Partners with vendors and/or cross-functional internal teams such as technology, Sales, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technology in the evaluation, development, management, and/or enhancement of assigned products and/or programs.
  • Manages and communicates scope, deliverables, timelines of projects and/or plans within pre-set budgets.
  • Partners with Product Owner and participates in agile sprints, planning, and executions.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop or support sales efforts or Go-to-Market strategies.


Qualifications You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Information Technology, Psychology, Social Sciences, Finance, or related
  • 2+ years of experience in communication, analyzing and reporting data to identify issues and trends, continuous improvement, project management, product development, or related
  • In lieu of education requirement, 4+ years of experience in card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, mobile technologies, digital payments, financial services, agile product development, or related


Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in Card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, marketing, project management, compliance mobile technologies, digital payments, financial services, agile product development, or related
  • Cross-functional team collaboration to develop strategies;
  • Identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions
  • Documenting/mapping process flows and identifying improvements
  • Experience communicating with multiple stakeholders

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
