Company Description

Are you a natural networker who can open doors, build powerful commercial propositions and turn ambitious brands into long-term partners?

At Red Bull Pro Cycling, we have a clear ambition: We Make Cycling Bigger. We challenge conventions, push the boundaries of professional cycling and grow the sport beyond its traditional audiences by creating new stories, experiences and opportunities for fans, athletes and brands around the world.

As Senior Partnerships Sales Manager, you’ll help build the next generation of our global partnership portfolio and drive sustainable commercial growth. You’ll identify, develop and convert high-value opportunities with leading international brands, taking prospects from first contact and strategic pitch development through negotiation and contract closing.

Job Description

CREATE WINNING PROPOSITIONS

You’ll lead the development of customised sales narratives, proposals and presentations for priority prospects. Working with our in-house brand team and creative agencies, you’ll develop powerful activation concepts, visualisations and commercial propositions that combine brand impact, audience reach, storytelling, experiences, content, hospitality and other relevant partnership assets. You’ll use the unique combination of elite sport, athletes, storytelling and the wider Red Bull ecosystem to create a differentiated proposition that can help shape the future of Red Bull Pro Cycling and build one of the most attractive partnership portfolios in cycling.
