This is a high-ownership role focused on generating partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. You will define and execute the partnerships strategy, recruit and activate high-impact partners, and drive co-selling motions that convert into closed deals. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure partners are effectively enabled and positioned in the market.

You will operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment, build and manage executive-level partner relationships, and establish scalable programs that drive consistent partner engagement and long-term growth across the North American market.

  • Are resourceful—they figure things out with whatever tools are available

  • Have strong opinions and can defend them

  • Are hungry to learn & contribute

  • Want to work with no-BS people

People who struggle here:

  • Need extensive hand-holding

  • View high expectations as “unreasonable”

  • Expect strict 9 to 6 boundaries

  • Can’t handle ambiguity or rejection

  • Prefer consistent routine over fast-changing priorities

Key responsibilities:

Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

  • Responsible for contributing to partner-sourced pipeline across North America

  • Track and optimize partner performance, including pipeline contribution, deal progression, and revenue outcomes

Partner Ecosystem Development

  • Build, scale, and manage a high-impact partner ecosystem across consultancies, system integrators, technology platforms, and industry advisors

  • Identify, recruit, and activate high-value partners that consistently generate qualified pipeline

  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships across key partner organizations

Go-to-Market & Partner Enablement

  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, including events, webinars, campaigns, and targeted introductions

  • Enable partners with clear positioning, training, and sales collateral to effectively represent Flagright in the market

  • Design and implement structured partner programs, incentives, and engagement models that drive consistent performance

Product & Strategic Collaboration

  • Identify and drive integration and product collaboration opportunities that strengthen distribution through the partner ecosystem

  • Provide strategic insights to leadership on ecosystem opportunities, market dynamics, and partner-driven growth levers

Who we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of channel sales or partner enablement experience within B2B enterprise SaaS, ideally across fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure

  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-impact partnerships that drive measurable revenue outcomes

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and align diverse incentives

  • Experience operating in cross-functional, global environments, with the ability to build trust across teams, cultures, and time zones

  • Ability to translate strategy into clear execution plans and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments

  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure partnership ROI, analyze performance, and identify optimization levers

  • Based in the Bay Area with the right to work in the USA (no visa sponsorship available), this is a fully in-person role at our Santa Clara office

  • Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time

What we offer:

  • Housing subsidy for those living within 1 mile of the office

  • Reports directly to the CEO

  • Product with clear, real-world differentiation

  • High-bar environment focused on execution, learning, and continuous improvement

  • Get equity from day 1 at a Y Combinator startup

  • Work alongside a highly competent, top-tier team, including professionals from Y Combinator, ex AWS, and Palantir

  • Enjoy a low-bureaucracy environment, minimal meetings, and an asynchronous communications culture

Skills Required

  • 3+ years channel sales or partner enablement experience within B2B enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships that drive measurable revenue outcomes
  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure (ideal)
  • Experience operating in cross-functional, global environments and building trust across teams and cultures
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear execution plans and operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to measure partnership ROI and analyze performance

What We Do

Flagright sets the modern standard for AI-native transaction monitoring. The platform enables financial institutions to centralize detection, investigation, and reporting of suspicious activity, streamlining regulatory workflows and strengthening financial crime controls. A high-performance, no-code scenario builder with sub-second API response times powers real-time monitoring, supported by tailored rules, dynamic risk profiling, and simulation tools that reduce false positives and improve decision accuracy. This transaction monitoring foundation is enhanced by fully integrated AML screening that links each transaction and entity to global sanctions and watchlists; dynamic risk scoring that embeds behavioural and contextual risk directly into detection logic; and centralized case management that automates alert triage, investigation workflows, and SAR filing, maintaining audit-readiness across jurisdictions. Flagright’s AI Forensics suite strengthens compliance operations across four critical areas: screening (reduces false positives in AML checks), monitoring (augments alert investigation capabilities), quality assurance (accelerates QA processes), and governance (simplifies policy management and regulatory compliance). Financial institutions moving from fragmented tools to Flagright report a 93% reduction in false positives, 80% lower compliance costs, and a 27% drop in operational errors, with implementation typically completed within weeks. With customers across six continents and offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Germany, Flagright delivers a transaction monitoring solution that scales with growth and adapts to evolving threats.
