Overview:

As a Senior Partner Success Manager you’ll be responsible for leading and managing our partner success programs and our biggest priority, our onboarding program alongside working on strategic partner projects. Strategic projects include partner activation through marketing initiatives, identifying the focus partner category through research or creating scalable marketing resources for the wider team (playbooks, roadshows, events).

You will:

  • Full ownership of a partner success program (which includes an onboarding program), including acting as the dedicated onboarding contact for bigger partners.
  • Analyze data in order to proactively identify short to long-term opportunities related to improving the partner experience in different lifecycle stages (priority focus on onboarding). 
  • Identify ways to collaborate with internal teams in order to activate Strategic Partners via partner marketing initiatives (such as CRM-send outs, Playbooks, Partner roadshows or events). 
  • Support or lead strategic projects within the team (such as choosing priority partner verticals or solving complex business problems)
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Creative Studio, Brand Management, Finance, Legal, and Supply in order to ensure the best outcomes for our initiatives, knowledge sharing, and scalable processes. 
  • Coach and mentor more junior team members in partner and stakeholder management.
  • Stay on top of industry trends & developments and bring your ideas to the team in order to improve our processes and products.

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years of experience in partner success programs, sales enablement, or project management in a fast-growing company (startups/scaleups preferred). Account management experience is a plus. You enjoy having a partner-facing role and you know how to manage a pipeline and turn discussion into concrete actions to meet your quarterly targets. 
  • Experience in APIs and technical integration projects.
  • Proven (online) marketing experience and understanding of key KPIs. B2B marketing experience is a plus.
  • Great analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in managing internal stakeholders and creating business cases in order to gain resources for important projects. 
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Fluent in both written and verbal communication in English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • The ability to work independently, managing your projects to budget and deadline with little supervision.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, fast learner, and feedback oriented.
