We are looking for a Senior Partner Operations Manager to join our GTM Strategy and Operations team. You will help build the foundation for Partner Operations at Velocity Global with impact across the entire GTM organization. This is a Remote position, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations.

As the go-to person for everything partner operations, you will drive alignment, coordination, and execution between cross-functional teams and GTM leaders on critical partner operations and activities; ensure metrics are in place for implemented programs; investigate trends and identify actionable insights from our data; manage and streamline our partner-related technology and datasets; build processes to increase the partner team's impact and efficiency; and partner with Sales Enablement and GTM Leaders to ensure successful change management across our Partners, Partner Managers, and GTM teams.

You will be responsible for:

Operational Excellence: Design and implement operational frameworks, processes, and systems to improve partner engagement, collaboration, and performance.

Performance Measurement: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner activities and identify areas for improvement.

Data-Driven Insights: Use Salesforce (CRM), Looker (BI), Impartner (PRM), and other systems to track, analyze and report on partner-related data, generating insights and recommended actions for business decision-making.

Partner Tech Stack: Manage the technology enabling both internal and external partner interactions, including capturing business requirements, system improvements, and data management, of all partner related technology including PRM, CRM, and others.

Executive & QBR Presentations: Help build partner collateral in preparation and support of QBR and strategy presentations, gleaning insights from partner operational data and translating into potential GTM opportunities and actionable recommendations.

Collaboration & Change Management: Build relationships with team members across sales, enablement, marketing, product, and other teams to ensure understanding collective success. Partner with enablement to ensure successful change management and maximum process adoption and efficiency.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in similar role (Required)
  • 5 years of revenue operations or project management experience (Required); in a similar industry or a SaaS organization (Preferable)
  • Experience with software such as Salesforce (Required), Outreach, Looker, and Impartner; SQL proficiency (Preferable)
  • Experience aggregating and analyzing data in spreadsheets (large datasets and complex functions, pivot tables, and lookups) (Required)
  • Experience with project management (Required); related certification (Preferable)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with experience creating and delivering executive presentations (Required)
  • Ability to prioritize competing needs within a growing organization (Required)
