YOUR MISSION

Join us as a Partner Operations Analyst and become a key member of Glovo's Romania operations team! We offer a challenging and dynamic environment with many opportunities for learning and development.

  • Understand business needs of stakeholders under your scope and create insightful analysis helping your team to make the right decisions to optimize Glovo & partners’ operations.

  • Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards.

  • Deep-dive on business metrics, in order to explore areas of opportunity and enable data-driven decision-making, based on applied statistics and probability techniques.

  • Work closely with commercial stakeholders to define how to best optimize operations, monitor and give visibility of metrics and KPIs.

  • Support recurrent processes within the team, enabling the adjustment of tools to business needs.

  • Continuously explore and refine key operational metrics gaining a comprehensive understanding of Glovo’s KPIs

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in high demanding positions (operations, technology, consulting, investment banking, etc.);

  • Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or any related field.

  • Expertise with Excel / Google Sheets is a must.

  • Good Stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of visualization tools like Looker, Tableau or Qlikview is a plus.

  • Professional English 

  • Capability of bridging analytical and communication skills for added-value impact.

  • Comfortable in tracking/reporting on KPIs.
